TL;DR: Use Palettly freely, don't abuse it, the output is yours. We provide the service as-is with no warranties.
By using Palettly ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Trioni (trioni.net). If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the Service.
Palettly is a free, browser-based suite of tools for designers and developers. You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes at no cost.
You agree not to:
All files you process through Palettly are handled locally in your browser. We never have access to your files. You retain full ownership of any files you upload and any output you generate using our tools.
The output of Palettly tools — including exported images, converted files, generated color palettes, CSS code and other results — is yours to use without restriction, including in commercial projects.
The Palettly name, logo, design and source code are owned by Trioni. The open-source libraries used by Palettly (pdf.js, SheetJS, html-docx-js, etc.) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.
Palettly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trioni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption or any other loss.
Palettly displays ads through Google AdSense. These ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. We have no control over the specific ads displayed and are not responsible for their content.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
